Praxis Journeys
Praxis Journeys: before they arrive and after they leave.
The weeks that actually decide it.
After a Praxis Live sessionPraxis drafts the weeks after from what your room actually said. You edit them and place them in the journey.
Praxis Journeys is where a program lives before and after the live session. People get short sessions, under fifteen minutes, on the days you choose: a quick recall, a journal prompt, a challenge to try at work, and a conversation with the rest of their cohort. Reminders go out by email. It runs alongside your LMS, not in place of it.

1%
of their day
That’s the whole ask.
Praxis runs on less than 15 minutes per session. You set the cadence: two days a week, three, five. Whatever fits the program. That’s 1% of their day, on a phone they’re already carrying. Or at a desk they’re already sitting.
Prime · Before they arrive
People show up ready instead of cold.
A drop or two before the program starts. Here is what one holds:
- 1
Meet the cohort
Who else is coming, so day one doesn't start with strangers.
- 2
One question to sit with
Something they answer now and walk in still thinking about.
- 3
A short framing piece
Why this program, and why now, in a few minutes of reading.
And you get to read what they’re walking in with before you’ve said a word.
What the research says
Trying to answer a few questions before a session, even getting them wrong, helps people learn those points when they come up.
What the research says
People who arrive motivated to learn tend to learn and apply more.
Practice · After they leave
A week of Practice, tapped through.
Here is week one after “Leading Through Change,” a two-day offsite for 24 managers. This one runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each drop arrives with an email when it’s ready. Tap a day.
One week, about 24 minutes in all. The bar is the session; the box is fifteen minutes.
Monday · about 10 minutes
A quick recall, and one thing to try.
Two or three questions pull back what the room said, so they're recalling it, not rereading it. Then one small thing to try this week, with when and where they'll do it.
What the research says
Specific “when X happens, I will do Y” plans improve follow-through.
Wednesday · about 6 minutes
A pulse, and a journal prompt.
How's it going? One tap. Then one question to write about, while the week is still happening. Coming back midweek is the spacing doing its work.
What the research says
Spreading review over weeks builds more durable memory than one session.
Friday · about 8 minutes
What you tried, and the cohort's Wall of Wins.
Everyone posts what they tried, however small, and names someone in the cohort they saw do something well. This is where the cohort starts holding each other to it.
What the research says
Support from peers and supervisors after training is linked to new skills getting used, and peer support carried the most weight.

The cohort is the point
Humans do the meaning-making together.
Prompting one person at a time is easy. What keeps a program alive is the cohort: the people who were in the room with you, trying the same thing this week, posting what happened on Friday’s Wall of Wins, and answering each other’s questions in between.
The platform is the prompt. Life is the lab.
What the research says
Support from peers and supervisors after training is linked to new skills getting used, and peer support carried the most weight.
Cohort conversation
- DP
Has anyone tried the hard-thing-first opener with a team that's remote?
- AK
Yes. I put it in the chat before we turned cameras on. People answered there first.
- JR
Stealing that for Thursday.
Works with the room
Use it on its own, or around a Praxis Live session.
- The same activities keep going. An activity from the room can go into the journey and keep collecting answers for weeks.
- Plan the weeks from the session. Praxis Live drafts two or three weeks of drops worded from what the room said. You edit them and place them in the journey.
Alongside your LMS
Praxis runs alongside your LMS. Not a replacement. No migration.
Your LMS keeps doing what it does. Learners sign in to their journey on the web, on a phone or at a desk.
Plan the weeks before and after your next program.
Tell us what you’re running and we’ll show you what its journey could look like. Praxis Journeys isn’t part of the 14-day Praxis Live trial, so a call is the way in.
